Shipping & returns

Delivery times

We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day; later orders leave the following business day. During periods of high demand, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information you provided.

Shipping methods

We ship with Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Every parcel travels in sealed glass and recycled paperboard, with no visible branding — made to protect the aromas and your privacy.

Shipping areas & rates

Areas: France and Belgium.

• Excluded: French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) and any jurisdiction where CBD flower is restricted.
• Rates: From €4.90. Calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order weight.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. For hygiene reasons, sealed flowers cannot be returned once opened. Any unopened order can be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the goods and standard delivery costs. Return shipping is at your own expense.
