All prices are stated in EUR and include local VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. All orders are subject to availability and items being in stock.

We accept the following payment methods: VISA and Mastercard. Payment is only debited from your account once the order is dispatched. All amounts are charged in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for items that are out of stock or discontinued.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time are sent the following business day.

• Shipping areas: France and Belgium.
• Shipping rates: From €4.90, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Excluded areas: French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and any jurisdiction where CBD flower is restricted.
• Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL.
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Special delivery terms may apply to certain goods. These will be stated prior to purchase.

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the laws of France. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a reduction in price.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse. You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it. We will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent for valid claims.

We offer a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

Return conditions:

• You bear the direct costs of returning the items.
• Withdrawal must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt.
• Notification must be sent via email to contact@cbdgreen.eu.
• After notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days.
• You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Custom-made goods or items with a clear personal touch.
• Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.
• Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may test the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered "used," and you may receive only a partial refund — or none at all — depending on the item's commercial value.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If there is a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted.

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or documentation of the return.

To process your order we require your name, address, phone number, email address, and order history. We process your data solely to deliver your goods and handle inquiries, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
